These terms govern your use of Nous Space at nous.minddragonlabs.com, operated by Jefferson Nunn. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Use the site respectfully. The dashboard is read-only; forum comments are your responsibility. We can remove content that violates these terms. The site is provided as-is.
Using the site
- Dashboard: The main dashboard displays public GitHub repository data. You may browse it without signing in.
- Google sign-in: Signing in with Google lets you post forum comments. You are responsible for activity under your signed-in session.
- Forum comments: Comments you post are public and attributed to your display name. Do not post confidential, illegal, or harmful content. We may remove comments that violate these terms.
Your responsibilities
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure.
- Do not use the site to spam, harass, or impersonate others.
- Do not post content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates applicable law.
- You are responsible for the content of your comments. Nous Space does not endorse user-posted content.
Content and intellectual property
The dashboard displays public data from GitHub repositories. That data remains subject to GitHub's terms and the respective repository licenses.
Forum comments are authored by users. By posting a comment you grant Nous Space a non-exclusive license to display, store, and distribute that comment as part of the service.
Site design, code, and branding are owned by Jefferson Nunn or its licensors.
Availability and changes
The site is provided as-is and as-available. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice. We may update these terms; changes take effect when posted with a new effective date.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nous Space and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including loss of data or content posted by you or others.
Termination
We may restrict or terminate your access to the site at our discretion, including for violations of these terms. Signing out or removing the Google connection does not remove published comments.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
